What a year it has been! In spite of the doom and gloom surrounding 2020, the real estate market has thrived in the midst of all the challenges, especially in Naples, Florida, where the average year-round temperature is 75 degrees and the lifestyle perks and generous tax advantages continue to attract new residents at higher growth rates than most other states.
