The sneaky back way to the Gordon River Greenway and to Baker Park is only a 1.4 mile bike ride. I challenge you to count the cars on this street while you are there. Very low traffic street with a huge driveway your kids can play in like the good old days. You can buy in Lakewood, or Kings Lake, but you will wish you had bought into Coconut River for stress free, HOA free life. Did I mention this home comes with a very nice quality free tandem kayak and all the accessories? Its currently on the side of the house in the designated boat parking space.
